a) Performs risk analysis using Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA)
b) Creates standard working procedures, work instructions, checksheets, and quality control instructions.
c) Plan validation protocols for equipment and processes.
d) Determines standard time and actual time for each process for production improvement activities.
e) Performs other jobs that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
a) Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Chemical Engineering Graduate; With a license is an advantage
b) With at least one year experience in manufacturing set-up;
fresh graduates are welcome to apply
c) With basic knowledge of validation and CAD/Solidworks
d) Knowledge of different statistical techniques for data analysis (Cpk, Mean±ks, QC tools, etc.)
e) With a working knowledge of the PLC Programming
