The client is a PEZA-registered company

Key Responsibilities:
 Conduct chemical analyses and experiments to develop and improve manufacturing processes.
 Monitor and optimize chemical processes to ensure product quality and efficiency.
 Collaborate with other teams to implement effective chemical engineering procedures.
 Ensure compliance with PEZA regulations and industry standards for chemical engineering.
 Perform risk assessments and implement safety protocols for chemical operations.
 Oversee the testing and inspection of chemicals to ensure they meet specified standards.
 Collaborate with quality control to establish and maintain quality assurance protocols.
 Troubleshoot and resolve chemical-related issues on time.
 Participate in the selection and procurement of chemical equipment and materials.
 Keep abreast of advancements in chemical engineering and industry best practices.
 Prepare and present reports on chemical processes, findings, and recommendations.
 Ensure that all chemical activities adhere to safety guidelines and PEZA protocols.

The client has a history of more than 20 years since its expansion into the Philippines. The experience and global network established during that period enable it to provide proposals to electronic component manufacturers (of automotive parts, semiconductors, motors, etc.) or other manufacturers with bases in the Philippines, according to their needs. 

It has its warehouse (area: 10,000㎡) in the free zone of Laguna Light Industry and Science Park 1 in the Philippines through which it can ensure just-in-time deliveries.

Skills and Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
 Licensed with proven experience as a Chemical Engineer in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
In-depth knowledge of chemical processes, reactions, and safety protocols.
 Familiarity with PEZA regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
 Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
 Proficiency in chemical testing equipment and software.

Additional Requirements:
 Willingness to stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in chemical engineering.
 Commitment to promoting safety and adherence to PEZA standards.
 Capability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
 Preferably not related to existing employees of OMI
 Living near the office
 Work experience in a Japanese company


With shuttle service, OT, HMO, SL/VL
Work schedule: Monday to Friday ※Saturday sometimes 800~1700
