• Oversee the implementation of quality control procedures for all chiller, AHU, and FCU installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policy.
• Identify and address potential quality issues proactively, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of QA procedures, findings, and improvements.
• Lead and supervise QA & Service Engineer team responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing chiller, AHU, and FCU systems.
• Develop and implement service schedules, ensuring timely and efficient responses to customer requests.
• Manage service contracts, track performance metrics, and optimize service delivery processes.
• Provide technical guidance and support to QA & Service Engineer, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their tasks effectively.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently, resolving issues promptly.
• Motivate, train, and mentor QA & Service Engineer to enhance their technical skills and professional development.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and communication within the service team.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices within the team.
• Collaborate with project managers on new installations, ensuring seamless integration of chiller, AHU, and FCU systems.
• Provide technical expertise during project planning and execution, ensuring compliance with specifications and deadlines.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the QA and service departments.
• Implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in HVAC systems.
• To perform other functions as may be required from time to time.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of experience (installation/maintenance/repair) of chiller, AHU, and FCU systems.
• Proven experience in leading and managing service teams in the HVAC industry.
Strong understanding of HVAC principles, system design, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for service management, documentation, and reporting.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
