IT Project Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring that the projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

The IT Project  Manager will be working closely with the internal MYE Cloud Technologies stakeholders, MIHC project stakeholders, external vendors, and partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects that meet business objectives. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring that project goals,  objectives, and deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget. 

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. 

• Utilize Agile methodologies for project management, including Sprint planning, execution, and review.

 • Facilitate Sprint planning sessions, Retrospective sessions, and Scrum meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution. 

• Utilize Agile tools and techniques to track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and manage risk. 

• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure project requirements are met and communicated effectively. 

• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation and contingency plans as necessary. 

• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders, utilizing effective communication and project reporting methods. 

• Ensure project compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies and procedures. 

• Facilitate project post-mortem reviews and identify opportunities for process improvement and lessons learned. 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field required. Knowledge of Cloud Technologies and Platforms is a plus. 

• At least 5 years of IT project management experience, with demonstrated success in leading complex IT projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

• Strong knowledge and experience in project management methodologies and tools, including  Agile and Waterfall. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors. 

• Proven experience in risk management, issue resolution, and project delivery. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. 

• Certification in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum Master, is preferred
