Jr. Financial Accountant (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Responsibilities:

• Reviews/validate Invoice received inputs invoices details into ERP, Process wire /EFT Payment, create/Amend new or existing customer data in ERP, manage vendor/supplier queries, and perform vendor reconciliations and reports based on agreed deadlines with the client. 
• Performance directly contributes to the delivery of the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) which measures how the activities are based on agreed targets.
• Experience with IFRS and/or other local accounting principles is an advantage
• Have a basic understanding of the financial controlling processes (Balance sheet, Group, and Local Financial Reporting, Accounting principles) 
• Strong MS Office knowledge

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must be proficient in using Mandarin as a language.   
• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
• Above Average to excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Fresh graduates of Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent are open to apply.
• For non-native Mandarin speakers, an HSK 3-4 certification is an advantage but not required.
