  • Answering inbound calls or making outbound calls to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers' inquiries or concerns.
  • Resolving customer complaints or issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintaining customer records and updating information in the system.
  • Upselling or cross-selling products or services to customers when applicable.
  • Following company policies and procedures, including call scripts and guidelines.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets.


  • No BPO experience required, but excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) are a must.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required; college degree preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to navigate through various software systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work in a day shift schedule, which may include weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in processes or procedures.
  • Professional and positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
