In charge of handling of all inbound receipts, following correct processes and procedures set by the company.
Plans the staging and efficient organization of product receipt within the warehouse.
Responsible for the receipt and return of bad orders to suppliers.
Daily posting (RCR) of purchases and transmittal of document to Finance Department.
Take ownership for and drive with discipline the execution of job that positively impact performance relative to SAFETY, SECURITY, QUALITY, INVENTORY and PRODUCTIVITY.
Initiates improvement on receiving system and procedure that could further improve performance and reduce cost.
Assist in resolving problem receipts and on hand inventory variances.
Analyzes/review errors in receiving and be able to outline solution to the problem.
Communicate and coordinate with Merchandising / FSD Team issues related to product concern and supplier' delivery .
Supervises the administrative function of inbound processing
Must observe 5S and Good Warehousing Practices.
College graduate
Computer literate. Good in Excel application
Must be analytical and process oriented
Good in time management and decision skills
Good in written and oral communication skills
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehousing
