Description:

Customer service agents are often a client’s primary point of contact with a company. The duties and responsibilities of a CSR include managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, generating sales leads that develop into new customers, and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.

Qualification:

  • Preferably with experience as CSR. ( w/ Experience in logistics/ forwarding is an advantage)
  • With HR background is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • With good communication skills (oral and written)
  • Support to the logistics, shipping, or transportation departments of a company.
  • They help coordinate the daily operations and transactions of all shipping lines. Their duties may include handling incoming shipments, documenting inventory, and resolving customer service issues.
  • Willing to be assigned in Cabuyao Laguna
