Job Qualifications:

  • Must be a Senior High School graduate
  • 18 years old and above
  • With at least 6 months and above BPO experience
  • Must have strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • 35 kilometers away from the site
  • Can do onsite work.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure the resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
