Service Engineer RM3,000~6,000!!

Job Description

- Support customers through technical and administrative activities

- Understand customer needs and concerns

- Provide a high level of customer service

- Prepare and submit service reports

- Provide technical direction to the members

Qualifications:

■MUST TO HAVE:

- At least 3 years experience of service engineer (experience of sales engineer is also good)

- Working experience in industrial machinery manufacture

- Microsoft Office

- Have a driving license

 Have experience of the field of plastic processing equipment

■Interview Procedure:

1st interview: Japanese MD (Can be online interview)

2nd interview: Japanese MD + Regional Manager

Working Hour

Monday to Friday

8:30am-6pm
