Checks and inspects all methods of wiring installation, design and testing that shall conform to the latest edition of Philippine Electrical Code and the general provisions of the building.

Electrical loads shall not exceed the capacity of 80% of the rating of the over current device
and ampacity of the cable.

All wiring for power and lighting shall be inside PVC of approved type. Use PVC of high
quality. All pipes should be provided with adequate support or hangers.

If conduits are embedded in concrete, PVC S1000 must be used.

All telephone and communication lines shall be inside a PVC conduit / pipe (Neltex brand or
equivalent). All PVC pipe installation should be provided with adequate support or hangers

Minimum size of wire is 3.5 mm. sq. stranded.

Fluorescent lamp ballast shall be electronic ballast type or approved quality.

Provision of security pilot lights maximum of eleven (11) watts inside the area using PL bulbs.

Flat cord and exposed wires are not allowed.

Only bolt-on type circuit breakers are allowed (single phase is the usual type used) load
upgrade shall be verified and approved by O & N TOWN CENTER CORP.

Pull boxes and junction boxes shall be fully covered.

Panel board load directory shall be properly labelled.

Use ground type convenience outlet.
