Description:

Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration or related course;
Adequate experience in the recruitment of high-value positions (rank & file to managerial level);
With good communication and coordination skills;
Has a clear grasp of the full engagement process from screening to deployment/induction;
Willing to do fieldwork (for Recruitment requirements);
Source candidates using our job portal sites, applicant tracking system, job boards, referrals, job fairs, and other means to find qualified candidates to fill manpower needs.
Can start immediately;
Willing to be assigned at Cainta, Rizal.
