Job Description:

Proactively engage with customers for cold calling prospects, and schedule appointment
Work as a Team to provide excellent telemarketing and customer care
Build rapport with customer and maintain good relationship
Phone scripts and calling leads provided.
Sales experience or telemarketing experience an advance consider
Work closely with Manager to develop and implement sales and services strategies to achieve (and if possible, to exceed) committed targets in the relevant product through telesales calls.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum SPM
Year of Experience: At least 1 year
