Store Assistant

Job Scope:

Store Assistant is the labour who supports the tasks in the warehouse. They handle the incoming, and outgoing goods preparation, tally goods with the documents, handle and transport goods within the warehouse, schedule maintaining the equipment and maintain the cleanliness of the workplace. 

Job Description:

·       Handling and transporting materials

·       Use power tools and machinery (e.g. forklifts) when needed

·       Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labour tasks (e.g. packing, stacking up, organise, and packing the goods)

·       To count or weight goods and materials according to the documents

·       To prepare and verify the quantity of the goods according to the documents

·       To assist daily warehouse operation, including store and stock management

·       To maintain the stock level and perform stock take

·       Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse

Requirements and skills:

·       Work independently

·       Good time management

·       Basic writing and calculation skills

·       Healthy with excellent eyesight

·       Good working attitude

·       SPM and above
