Sales Manager

MONTHLY SALARY: 25K+WITH UNLIMITED COMMISSION EARNING BASED ON BOOKED SALES PLUS MONTHLY SALES INCENTIVES AND REWARDSLOCATION: ILOILO CITY DUTIES:·         Ensures consistent achievement of monthly objective of his/her own Sales team; Ensures productivity of individual sales associates under his/her team·         Manages and develops his/her own in-house seller team; Conducts recruitment & selection, on-boarding & training, continuous engagement and communication, motivation, reward & recognition programs for In-House Seller team·         Conceptualizes and proposes promotions and programs to drive sales; Ensures proper execution to sellers & buyers.·         Works closely with sellers and provides sales materials & updated information, addresses inquiries, conducts presentations and site trips, to close sales with client prospects·         Initiates and executes buyer and seller events for lead and referrer generation·         Seeks and activates new non-traditional selling channels; Conceptualizes and proposes programs and promotions for new sales channels·         Conducts own selling activities to close personal sales·         Conducts competitive scan and benchmarking activities·         Completes the required Sales Management records and reports QUALIFICATIONS:·         Should have a Bachelor's Degree, business related·         Has extensive professional experience in sales·         Possesses exceptional leadership, people management and organizational skills·         Has excellent communication and presentation skills·         Expertise in digital marketing is a plus·         Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications·         Ambitious, goal-driven, results oriented
