Sales Asst. Manager (Japanese Bilingual)

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and sustain requirements of Client relationships
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to diversify revenue streams, including attending sales calls and networking events.
• Prepare accurate quotations tailored to the needs of each client.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive database of quotations from accredited suppliers to streamline the procurement process.
• Provide leadership and direction to the sales team by overseeing current projects and keeping them informed of project statuses.
• Ensure the fulfillment of customer requirements by delivering exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in sales within the electronics industry or a related field.
• Proficiency in both English and Japanese languages, with a minimum proficiency level of N3/N4 (Japanese).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, with proven experience in data analysis and report generation.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving with a high level of motivation and a positive attitude.
• Ability and willingness to work full-time at the main office located in Laguna Technopark.
