The Sales Admin primary function is to support and assist the sales department, preparing documents, gathering information, and monitor the sales activities that may be assigned from time to time.
Preparing quotation including submission if necessary.
Setting up appointments and meetings between Autokid and possible clients.
Preparing bid documents for government / LGU projects.
Checking of itineraries and accomplishment reports of sales forces.
Preparing accreditation requirements needed by banks and financing partners.
Follow-up clients on order confirmation and repeat orders.
Preparing weekly / monthly reports.
Checking possible in-house payment scheme of deferred DP program.
Preparing financial applications for submission to banks and financing partners.
Performs other duties as directed by the Immediate Superior.
