The Sales Admin primary function is to support and assist the sales department, preparing documents, gathering information, and monitor the sales activities that may be assigned from time to time.



  • Preparing quotation including submission if necessary.

  • Setting up appointments and meetings between Autokid and possible clients.

  • Preparing bid documents for government / LGU projects.

  • Checking of itineraries and accomplishment reports of sales forces.

  • Preparing accreditation requirements needed by banks and financing partners.

  • Follow-up clients on order confirmation and repeat orders.

  • Preparing weekly / monthly reports.

  • Checking possible in-house payment scheme of deferred DP program.

  • Preparing financial applications for submission to banks and financing partners.

  • Performs other duties as directed by the Immediate Superior.
