- Calling potential customers to pitch Megabon's products and services.
- Generate and facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads, schedule and follow through on leads.
- Source and work on customer referrals.
- Answering customers’ questions and escalating complex issues to the department head as needed.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company products and services.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
- Informing the department head on product improvements and changes to ensure that the company's products meet current market needs.
- To provide a clear RFP of client requirements to assist when preparing quotes for prospective and existing customers.
- Work with the Marketing Director to analyse competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
- Willing to be deployed to do field work for saturation and client pitch presentations.
- With fit out construction experience or sales experience in furniture/modular cabinet
