Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan that will expand the company's customer base.
  • Hire and motivate high-performing sales teams and lead them to generate leads.
  • Set sales quotas and goals.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports, and realistic forecasts to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate of any business-related course. Graduate of Real Estate Management is an advantage.
  • Must be a Licensed Real Estate Broker.
  • At least 2 years work experience in sales, preferably in REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT
  • With solid background in handling sales team and developing top sales people.
  • With advanced knowledge in sales techniques and capability of handling sales people.
  • Ready to start ASAP with his/her sales team.
