Event Sales Executive


We are now looking for an Delegate Acquisition Executive to deliver highly effective sales and to expand our business profile.


Your key responsibilities & accountabilities will include;


  • Be relentless to research, reach out to, and speak to the right decision-makers
  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls by telephone, email, and social media
  • Contact appropriate delegates to bring awareness of the event, the benefits, and secure registrations of attendance
  • Maintaining and establishing strong relationships with effective communication with clients
  • Working in a driven and successful events team to achieve group targets.
  • Ensures that events progress seamlessly by following established procedures, and ensuring accuracy.
  • Follow-up through all delegates registrations to ensure attendance
  • Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs.
  • About you
  • Min 3 year’s sales experience in related industry and experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training is provided.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential delegates with a required minimum number of calls daily
  • Good Command in both written & spoken in English, other additional language skills are an advantage
  • Good data analysis and administrative skills
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • A positive, confident, professional, proactive and results orientated approach
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, meticulous to details and a rounded set of communication skills
