As one of the winners of the first-ever HDB rooftop tenders for urban farming, we are excited to play our part in our journey towards Singapore’s 30 x 30 vision on food security. Our Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) based hydroponic farm uses our own innovative growing systems and energy-efficient techniques. This allows us to stay true to our goal of producing fresher, pesticide-free and tastier produce in a sustainable manner and closer to our community.

Job Responsibilities

his is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a high-tech startup focussed on bringing sustainable farm-to-table produce directly to our local community. We are currently hiring an experienced D2C Ecommerce Sales Executive to join our dynamic team to spearhead Greenhood’s Direct to Consumer business delivery.

You will be part of the founding team developing D2C sales and marketing strategy, executing marketing campaigns and ensuring achievement of sales KPIs.

Sales and Marketing

• Lead the sales and marketing strategy for D2C sales and nearby restaurants
• Drive e-commerce sales performance to meet sales goals
• Manage the sales, promotions, marketing and social media campaigns over offline and digital platforms
• Spearhead the designing of marketing collaterals in line with Greenhood brand guidelines and marketing strategy
• Strive to ensure maximum customer satisfaction through monitoring and resolution of customer feedback through online & in person channels
• Manage customer loyalty programmes/ monthly subscribers
• Conduct market research to hear voice of the end consumer to ensure alignment between sales and production
• Define order fulfillment policies and manage customer order fulfillment

Community Outreach
• Encourage Singapore community participation in Urban Farming & support for local produce
• Plan and execute regular urban-farming related community events and farm tours
• Oversee and organise volunteering programmes

Requirements
• Degree / Diploma in Sales & Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 5 years Sales & Marketing work experience in D2C/e-commerce, preferably in F&B industry
• Dynamic and entrepreneurial individual who is self-motivated to lead new active client acquisition and marketing activities
• Good understanding of traffic metrics and sources, and experience in tracking, optimising, and implementing online sales/product/ promotional strategies through data analytics and projection
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong rapport with various internal and external stakeholders
• Design skills for preparation of marketing collateral;

Adept at MS Office Job Type: Full-time Salary: $4,000-$5,000 per month depending on experience; stock options can be considered
