Job Description :

As a Customer Service Executive, you will:

Answer customer calls and walk-in enquiries. There is no prospecting or cold calling required.
Identify customer’s home care needs and match suitable caregivers or trained maids who fit their requirements.
Conduct interviews for employers with caregivers and trained maids.
Caregiver shortlisting, interview, selection and creation of biodata
Explain regulatory requirements to employers on the hiring of migrant domestic workers and agency contractual terms.
Apply for work permit for caregivers and trained maids. Liaise with relevant parties for its processing.
Conduct post-placement follow-up calls with employers and caregivers. Counselling and mediation as needed.
Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Other ad hoc operational and administrative matters
