Business Development Officer

Conduct market research to identify new ideas and opportunities for enrollment growth
Identify and reach influential connections in selected villages, companies, institutions, and within the education sector to build networks
Gather prospective parents and invite them to an info session/campus tour or join an open house
Increase awareness of the school by forming partnerships with various institutions, corporations, villages, and organizations outside of the community
Collaborate with the school administration and admissions, sales, and marketing departments for the timely and effective execution of plans and directions
Propose with the school leadership & management to determine the most viable, cost-effective
approach to pursuing new strategies and activities in achieving enrollment targets
Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Team in planning, developing, and creating strategies to reach potential customers/parents who are interested to enroll their children in school.
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Administration, Marketing, or a related field
At least three (3) years of experience working as a Business Development Officer or similar role.
Flexible and willing to travel as needed
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills
Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills
Having a background in  Internation school is an advantage
With strong presentation and networking skills
Willing to work in Ugong Pasig City.
