Maintain internal campaign reporting direct to AM team via agency project
management platform.
Manage paid ads budgets and pacing of spend, payment methods and invoicing and receipt / payment communication with clients
Administration of individual hours including timesheets, external supplier billing for client accounts, and other relevant information for client management and billing purposes
End-to-end aid (and some organic) campaign management including campaign planning, strategy, briefing, creation, upload and schedule of paid ad campaigns on channels such as Google Ads, Meta Business (Facebook and Instagram) and other paid social channel campaigns relevant to client requirements.
Working with the AM team, present paid ads strategies for current and new
clients based on the latest paid search trends and techniques, insights, and
opportunities.
Brief design /AM team on creative recommendations to be executed as paid
ads and some organic social media
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels
and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing
and attribution techniques
Scheduling of organic content through agency scheduling platform (supplied by the AM team)
