As an Admin and Marketing Associate, your main responsibilities are:

A. Monitors the upkeep and cleanliness of the offices

B. Manages the use of company vehicles (Innova, Starex and Urvan)

C. Liquidates parking fees of motorized messengers

D. Prepares liquidation of cash advances pertaining to vehicle expenses such as toll fees, parking fees and other miscellaneous expenses

E. Monitor the Daily Attendance of General Services Staff

F. DTR preparation (monitoring, checking and facilitating of signatures/approval) of General Services
Staff and submission of such to Head Office, strictly following the cut-off

G. Coordinate concerns of General Services Staff with their agencies like pay slip inquiries, benefits, supplies, etc.

H. Assists HR and Training and Events section in all activities and sales generating events of the
Department like the weekly Open House and VIP Property Showcase

I. Keep track of inventory and ordering of Sales Collaterals – calling cards, buyer’s appointment slip and other forms.

J. Spearhead the inventory of all office equipment, furniture and fixtures, and asset accountabilities of each employee (Sales & Staff)

K. Performs other related task that maybe assigned from time to time
