Job Responsibilities:
· Check Warehouses, Clients, and Distributor
· Checking freezers in a certain place, mostly in their area assigned.
· Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is functional and presentable.
· Make sure business operations in their assigned area run smoothly.
· Building and maintaining good work relationships with sales team and customers.
· Coordinate with dealers/distributors regarding problems in the market.
· Coordinating retail store operations
· Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.
· Ensure that the store is adequately stocked with company products.
· Recruit and Train the Sales Team especially the AE (account executives under their area.)
· Can lead his team.
· Present the End monthly report to Sales Director and Territory Manager.
· Handle account executive and Conduct regular training
· Provide solutions to the problems in the market.
Job Qualifications
· Fluent in Mandarin and English
· With HSK 5 or 6 certificate
· Graduate of any 4-year course.
· At least with 1 year of experience in the same field
· Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PPT)
· Good communication skills.
· Ability to analyze large sets of data
· Can start ASAP
