Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) Manager - Masji

•  To lead and ensure Quality Engineering Department inter-group run smoothly to achieve quality goal and compliance to customer requirement
•  Ensure the quality management system is effectively implemented , maintained and continual improvement
• Assist in Inter Groups process/contamination continual improvement to meet customer needs
• Promote quality awareness of customer requirement throughout Groups
• Ensure the new program phase in successfully inter group
• To oversees supplier/ vendor quality management
• To train and enhance/upgrade employee’s technical and personal skills

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary Education in Engineering discipline with minimum 5 year in similar field (SQE)
• Possess good leadership, communication and interpersonal skill
• Only Mandarin Speaker
• Experience in leading a group of subordinate
• Extrovert and outgoing personality
