Manage and lead a team of Quality team by coordinating and directing all respects of labotary development,staff training,testing and on going operational support
Initiaties Continuous Quality Improvement (CQ) projects and to provide insight and assistance of implementing and maintaining Process Improvement and Optimization concentrating on proactive methodologies
Perform continuously Quality Control evaluation and trend analysis on product quality issues,resolve quality problems and initiate corrective action with other departments as required
Very effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions taken
Create and review update and ensure inspection Plan/Standard (IS) and controls are being met as per the product quality requirement
Monitor and maintaining quality policies and procedures of the company,monitoring their implementation and development periodically and adhering to the laws and regulations in force
Any other tasks as assigned by the company
Managing the Quality control team to balance quality and productivity to ensure the request of the customers are fulfilled \
Experienced in ISO9001 & ISO 14001
