QA Engineer - Johor Bahru

Job Scope:

• Assist in handling customer complaints by investigating & analyze them and administering corrective actions are taken.
• Assist in auditing activities (customer, JQA, JET)
• Assist in handling supplier’s quality problem & administer corrective actions taken.
• Report the quality situation to the superior.
• Ensure the tasks done by subordinates are carried out smoothly.
• Assist all activities, procedures, and systems in the department.
• Data analyzing and providing necessary improvement where needed.
• Provide training to subordinates in relation to job function and shall guide subordinates in operators’ training.
• Assist in setting up procedures & systems, especially for the new product.
• To ensure all subordinates use environmentally friendly material.
• To segregate and dispose of scheduled waste according to legal and other requirements

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering field.
• Min 2 years of experience in the related field.
• Knowledge of the latest IATF audit and 8D report writing.
• Required Skill(s): Communication, Report writing, Project presentation.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
