Description:

  • Interprets drawings, equipment manuals, specifications, necessary for the testing and installation of kitchen equipment.
  • Conducts testing for all incoming kitchen equipment in coordination with the Quality Assurance.
  • Conducts testing prior delivery of kitchen equipment or during product demonstration.
  • Serves properly all service requests for installation, pull-out, replacement, and/or maintenance.
  • Inspects thoroughly the kitchen equipment before and after installation/ maintenance.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction regarding quality and timely service.
  • Performs general cleanup of the equipment and surrounding areas.
  • Keeps a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Reports all defects/nonconforming equipment to immediate superior for proper disposition/ action.
  • Performs other related duties from time to time and/or that may be assigned by immediate superior.
