Cnc Turning Machinist

Competency:

 1)At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in cnc turning field.

 2)Prefer knowledge in Precision Tooling field is an added advantage.

Responsibility:

 1)Works with a minimum amount of supervision

 2)Perform CNC TURNING machine set-up in relevant to drawings, procedures 

 and instructions 

 3)Achieve output targets/yield for CNC TURNING section

 4)Responsible for products quality at CNC TURNING section

 5)Perform routine machine maintenance

 6)Responsible for maintaining housekeeping at work areas and conforming to

 all safety regulations.

 7)Maintain and control the tools and fixtures for the section

 8)Maintains in good working order all necessary tooling, fixturing, and related 

 accessories to support production requirements of the machines in the 

 department

 9)Productivity shall be equal to or above established standards and shall

 conform to prescribed quality

 10)10.Participates in “continuous improvement” efforts within the classification

 / department / company 

 11)To perform any other task assigned by Supervisor/Management

 12)To ensure the implementation of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

 13)Any other task assigned by the superior.
