Japanese Bilingual Analyst

Position: Japanese Reports and Renewal Analyst
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Work Setup: Hybrid arrangement (1 – 2 days per week onsite)
Schedule: Shifting schedule
Start Date: ASAP
Salary Package: Highly Negotiable 

Qualifications:

• Non-native or Native with PRV (13a Philippine visa).
• At least JLPT N3 Passer.
• Degree holder, preferably in a program with a heavy emphasis on mathematics or business.
• 2-5 years’ work experience either in an insurance company or an outsourcing company doing life insurance processes (e.g. claims, enrolment).
• Previous benefits or insurance experience are a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to review and check data against subject domain knowledge (e.g., health and group benefits) and understand the data’s applicability/accuracy for the designated purpose.
• Ability to ask the right questions and seek help where appropriate.
• Sense of accountability, owning one’s work and taking pride in it.
• Collaboration with a global team includes taking accountability for quality and on-time delivery of own work and involving other team members when appropriate.
• Structured problem solving, analytical thinking and strong client service orientation. 
• Continuous improvement mindset – increasing task efficiency and effectiveness with each product or service repetition.
