Handles customer inquiries and complaints.
Their responsibilities include:
-Answering customer calls and responding to emails
-Resolving customer issues
-Providing information about products and services
-Updating customer account information
-Recording customer interactions and details in a customer relationship management (CRM) system
-Identifying and escalating more complex issues to a higher level of support
-Providing excellent customer service to maintain positive customer relationships.
