HR MANAGEMENT POSITIONS IN ORIENTAL MINDORO

12 yr old Energy Company Strengthening its HR Management Team to Build up and Develop its 300 strong organization. Develop policies that cultivate a positive and committed work environment, recruitment and screening, training programs, and long term manpower skills development programs.

Includes onboarding procedures for new employees, handling employee concerns, and ensuring that the company complies with all national and local labor and workplace regulations.

Calapan City is a modern medium sized city with good educational and medical institutions, affordable cost of living and conducive community environment. Only 1.5 hours away by ferry from Batangas City.

1.   HR Manager

Must have strong background in employment labor laws, updating of competitive salary and benefits, fair, objective, and consistent employee performance evaluation programs, manpower development, training, and motivational programs, employee counselling and conflict resolutions. Review and updating of employee handbook.

Our ideal candidate must have at least 10 to 15 year experience in HR with at least 5 yrs as HR Manager in a medium sized 500 employee private company in manufacturing, construction, technical services.

Solid employment and performance track record. Good references.

Law degree not necessary.

Should be a Model for wisdom, fairness, integrity, compassion, leadership and supervisory skills. Team player.

Proficient spoken and written communications skills. Ability to coordinate with operations managers and supervisors for the pursuit of management manpower and efficiency objectives.
