Job Responsibilities

1. HR and Admin General work

2. Strict in implementing corporate governance and compliance.

  • Supervision: Oversee and lead a team of HR administrators and coordinators. Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
  • HR Administration: Manage and oversee HR administrative tasks, such as employee records, benefits administration, and HR systems. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Recruitment Support: Collaborate with HR recruiters to support the hiring process. Assist in coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding processes.
  • Compliance: Stay updated on labor laws and regulations. Ensure HR policies and procedures align with legal requirements.
  • Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee benefits enrollment, changes, and communication. Address employee inquiries regarding benefits.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions and workshops for HR staff. Facilitate professional development and knowledge sharing.
  • Reporting: Generate HR-related reports for management and other departments. Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee inquiries and concerns related to HR policies and procedures. Assist with conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, as needed.
  • Documentation: Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and separation agreements.
  • Efficiency Improvements: Identify areas for process improvement and implement streamlined HR administrative procedures.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing the HR department's budget, including cost control and resource allocation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • With at least 5 years’ experience as Human Resource in a Japanese company.
  • With a strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • With strong experience in corporate governance and compliance
  • Willing to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna
