Basic Qualifications:

Exceptional customer service skills (prior experience in CX or white glove/concierge-style support
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Expert-level skillset within social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest) and experience in TikTok
Exposure/experience working one-commerce platforms (Magneto, Shopify) and CX platforms (Zendesk)
Must be fully vaccinated
Must be amenable to work on-site and in night shift schedule
Willing to start immediately
