Assistant Manager (High end Salon ) UPTOWN BGC

Salary range: Php 35k - 60k(depending on experience and language Proficiency)

Qualifications:

* Graduate of Bachelor’s or College degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management/Development or equivalent *Preferably 2 years of experience in the field *Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Japanese Bilingual preferably *Has knowledge and capability of supervising people

*At least 1HR travel time going to the office

Job Description:

*Provide support and guidance to the team and staff when needed by providing the right resources, and chances to talk with the right people

*Coordinate with managers about salon staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency

*Schedule meetings with all the employees if need be

*Assist the general manager with ordering the supplies and commodities of the salon

*Analyze and monitor the internal process and make or re-create in-house manuals

*Help to organize market research, write reports and similar documents based on the needs

* Identify key marketing, advertising, and public relations opportunities for the brand 9. Manage the day-to-day tasks of HR, Accounting, Admin. and the like.
