Job Responsibilities:
Provide courteous, efficient, and accurate assistance to customers seeking information, reservations, ticketing, and solutions for their travel-related queries and concerns.
Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to make reservations, book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements while adhering to company and airline policies.
Create, modify, and manage travel itineraries for clients, ensuring accuracy and timely updates as per their requests.
Key Qualifications:
College graduate
Experience with GDS (Global Distribution System) is essential, with a focus on Corporate Travel within the last 6 months prior to applying.
Minimum of 1 year of GDS experience, preferably in a BPO, Travel Account, or Travel Agency setting.
