A Receptionist's duties and responsibilities include greeting visitors, helping them navigate through an office, and supplying them with refreshments if available as they wait. In addition, they maintain calendars for appointments, sort mail, make copies, and plan travel/check in/out arrangements. In addition, they should be responsible in promoting and advertising the company's services to potential customers/clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
-Good Sales experience is preferred
-Computer Literate
-Previous Gym/Hotel Job Experience is a plus factor
