  • Ensure quality and quantity of production is achieved for all events
  • Helping to improve production control processes as well as product quality and efficiency
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with food safety standards
  • Handle daily tasks directed by the Head of Department and ensure daily operations meet expectations, check daily stock and monitor cooking equipment daily


  • Experience working as a chef in filling or qualifications in culinary and management
  • Knowledge in GMP and HALAL
  • Responsible and have team spirit
  • Able to work in shifts, weekends and public holidays
