To perform data entry works
Entering daily collection of fees, suppliers’ invoices, bank reconciliation and prepare payment vouchers in accounting software systems
Type in data quickly, precisely and efficiently
Printing, photocopying, faxing and scanning
Sorting, folding and mailing
Record register mail
Filling and archiving of documents
Organizing and distributing mail among departments
Manning the front desk
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, transfer calls to various departments if necessary.
Support the maintenance for office facilities and equipment, coordinate with vendors/contractors/building management for the repair and maintenance of office equipment when required
Prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of duties as assigned
Provide general administration support
Other Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
At least 1 year working experience
Good knowledge in computer skill such MS Office
Some accounts background/experience will be an added advantage
Meticulous, organised and detail-oriented
Hardworking and responsible team player
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at one time
