Job Description

Location : Seletar Airport - Bombardier (0800am to 1700pm) / Changi Airport CIP Terminal 

Job Scope ( Seletar ) 

·- Answering of phone calls, communicating between stakeholders and clients.

· - Booking of meeting rooms/lounge use, using in house booking system

· - Serving VIPs’ needs (Serve Drinks, refreshment etc)

- Facilities Check on the lounge for daily operations

- Data Entry 

- Any ad-hoc duties required by management 


Job Scope ( Changi CIP Terminal ) 

· Welcome members upon arrival and assist guests according to established standards and procedure.

· Be constantly alert on procedures and existing SOP with business partners

· Must have the team work spirit amongst colleagues of all levels so as to ensure all work flow can be executed diligently.

- Assist in baggage handling of up to 20kg.

- To handle all F&B aspects and any other items requested by guests.

- To provide information, courteous and efficient service and if possible to comply with each and every guest’s request.

- Check out guests courteously and accurately

- Take ownership of problem, handle members’ complaints promptly according to established procedures and then report to superior for further follow up when necessary.

- Other ad-hoc duties required



  • Able to work based on scheduled location via roster. ( Changi and Seletar ) 
  • Able to work on shift rotation, weekends and public holidays.
  • Proficient in English, Chinese speaking preferred
  • Pro-active, dynamic, dedicated and responsible.
  • Courteous and hospitable attitude at all times when on duty to both internal and external customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Teams and Excel 
  • 5 working days , including weekend and PH.
