As a Barista you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our customers. You will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and Serve Coffee: Brew and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, adhering to our high-quality standards.
2. Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Answer questions, recommend products, and provide exceptional service.
3. Menu Knowledge: Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu offerings, including coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles to assist customers in making informed choices.
4. Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, while ensuring the security of cash and maintaining cash register cleanliness.
5. Cleanliness and Maintenance: Keep the coffee bar and surrounding areas clean, organized, and well-stocked. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a sanitary and attractive workspace.
6. Quality Control: Monitor product quality, including coffee freshness, machine functionality, and cleanliness of equipment. Report any issues promptly.
7. Teamwork: Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment. Assist in training new employees as needed.
