Job description

• Administration affairs such as documentation, handling and processing insurance and health benefits
• Administer first aid treatment and provide medications for employees as needed.
• Assist all injured employees to the nearest hospital.
• Maintain all employees' medical and other similar record.
• Secure and ensure that the sick employees submit "fit to work" certificate.
• Interpret and evaluate diagnosis test based on the verification of medical certificate.
• Schedule and assist annual medical examination of all employees.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assign from time to time.

Job Qualification:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Must be a Registered Nurse
• With at least one (1) year experience as Company Nurse
• Experience in handling health insurance benefits, and processing of payments
• Background in Occupational Health And Safety and First Aid
• Effectively communicate with employees in all levels of the organization
• Has experience and open to do administrative tasks
• Provides basic healthcare and service to employees
• Can start immediately
