Job Description

  • Handle inbound calls for product or service inquiries
  • Attend to customer's requests for replacement, refund, etc.
  • Handle all customer information with confidentiality and treat each call with utmost courtesy
  • Keeping records of interactions with customers, process accounts and file documents of customers.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Filipino
  • High School graduate or Senior HS graduate
  • With at least 6 months call center or BPO experience
  • Above-average to good English communications skills
  • Willing to work in Bacolod (hybrid work from home arrangement available)
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedule, weekend and holiday (guaranteed 5-day work week)
  • Must have wired internet connection of at least 20mpbs download speed to support work from home arrangement
