Personal Financing Consultant (Direct Sales)
Basic Salary: RM1,500 – RM2,000 (NEGOTIABLE ACCORDING TO EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive sales and formulate action plans to achieve sales target (mortgage/ SPF)
• Conduct presentations and provide consultations / proposals to potential clients in meeting their business and operational needs.
• Build and foster long term and profitable relationships by providing quality and professional customer service.
• Work closely with internal parties in planning new product launches to ensure it meets planned revenue and volume projections.
• Provide referrals for the Bank’s other products to relevant parties to ensure an optimal reach of customers and achievement of targets set.
• Act as reference point for retail financing solutions and collaborate with other business units in doing sales of bank's products to capitalize on the mutually rewarding business relationship
• Act as customers’ single point of contact and handle relationship management
• Perform Know Your Customer/Customer Due Diligence for financial/non-financial transactions.
• Ensure high standard of customer service in line with the quality and standards set by the Company
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· MUST POSSESS MINIMUM OF 5 CREDITS IN SPM.
· Have Sales Background/ Experience OR Minimum Diploma / Degree in any field.
· Strong customer orientation with excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia & English
· Have basic computer skills
· Must be a team player, energetic, and result oriented.
· No adverse CCRIS / CTOS report.

Job Description
· Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales
· Meeting planned sales goals
· Achieving sales target with the sales team
· Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
· Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
· Coordinating with marketing on lead organization
· Training salespeople
· Developing sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education
· Promoting the organization and products
JOB REQUIREMENTS
