Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain and audit company financial records.
Oversee budget and financial management.
Perform tasks relating to tax preparation, bookkeeping, government audit preparation, and financial planning.
Recommend fiscally advantageous methods to save money.
Ascertain that taxes are paid on time by working with tax returns and analyzing financial data.
Check financial records for mistakes, false information, fraud, and overspending.
Report financial information to management.
Create and analyze budgets.
Inform management of the tax implications of decisions made for the company.
Serve as a consultant on matters involving pay, benefits, and asset protection.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
Forecast revenue and analyze ledgers.
Identify and investigate variances.
Participate in budget creation, fraud prevention, and strategic planning.
Keeping company's financial information confidential.
Updated on industry developments and changes in regulations.
Requirement / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or any related program.
Must be a Certified Public Accountant.
Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Have knowledge in ZOHO or accounting software programs.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.
Experience is an advantage.
