Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage cash flow and supervise financial transactions within the company
• Supervise and handle full set of accounts in the company
• Takes charge of the updating and analysis of financial data to evaluate the performance of the company
• Responsible for the preparation, review, and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, and yearly budgets
• Prepare income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and GST submissions required by regulatory authorities
• Arrange and complete yearly tax fillings, financial audits, and reviews as required
• Have a good understanding of financial management obligations, especially statutory obligations and requirements; keeping abreast of these requirements
• Oversee and supervise executives and assistants in the same department
• Maintain company’s accounting system and communicate process improvements
• Reconcile bank statements as needed
• Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or Diploma, major in Accounting, Finance, Business Management
• At least 5+ years in a senior financial position
• Proficient in Auto Count Accounting system
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Self-driven, independent and meticulous
• Be an analytical thinker with strong investigative and problem-solving skills
• Strong sense of integrity
• Competency in Microsoft Office & Auto Count Accounting Software
