As the Sales Executive of Learn To Trade Philippines, you will reach out to potential clients to win new prospects and close deals. You will also conduct outbound prospecting to new corporate customers. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience and with high impact presentation skills. This will work closely with Customer Service, Social Media and other Operations Team to integrate sale strategy all processes. This will also directly report to the Sales Manager and Senior Operations Manager.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Chat Support
• Handles outbound/inbound calls whichever is applicable.
• Respond to customer calls using product knowledge.
• Resolve customer questions and issues.
• Works to build customer confidence in the brand.
• When applicable, promote opportunities for additional products and services
