Job Description

Responsibility

• To deliver excellent customer service to customer via phone or any other channels.

• To provide accurate information on products and services to customer

• To maintain high degree of integrity and confidentiality (keeping customer's information confidential at all times.)

Requirements

• Must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields.

• Experience in customer service/sales support/call center would be an advantage

• A great communicator and strong interpersonal skills during people interaction
